Animal Sanctuary
The Saint Francis Assisi Animal Sanctuary is a project
of Phyllis Bennett, Casa Guide dedicated to the health of the local animals
and the enrichment of the community in general.
She
and Stephen Prescott have purchased a small parcel of property in Abadiânia
and have created, along with Dr. Turene (a local veterinarian),
a small animal sanctuary.
Together we can help make this sanctuary be a small piece of heaven on
Earth for these animals and those which follow.

Please help with this project. The animals in Abadiânia without
owners and caretakers are really destined to misery and illness. Animal
care consciousness is not a subject of importance in the education of
poor third-world children.
These animals need your kindness and financial support. Help them live lives without fear, need and suffering.
Adopt
and Animal
Plans are to create an adoption system and put pictures online of all
the animals that are waiting for new moms and dads. These animal will
be able to stay at the sanctuary for as long as you want and you will
be able to get reports and cards from them during the year. You
will be able to send a donation to help cover the cost
a specific animal.
Send what you can afford. Everything helps. Maybe you could raise money in your local town. We and these animals will be grateful for all your efforts.
